THE process

[   Our process   ]

Be part of the creative process

Our homes and workspaces provide an opportunity to reflect our unique identities. We use reclaimed timber, resin and plywood lamination. These reclaimed timber and resin are used to form sheets of thick veneer that create a unique finish. The plywood lamination allows custom frameworks to be built; whether it be a desk, coffee table or small bench, we can create a size that fits your unique requirements.

Where do you source your materials?

The reclaimed timber comes from old farm wooden sheds, logs, fence posts and railway sleepers. These timbers are solid weathered hardwood that create unique shapes and patterns. The laminated plywood is sourced as locally as possible and the resin, coloured inks and powders are again sourced from as local a supplier as possible.

How long do projects take?

The design stage, including deciding on the shape, size, and colours, takes as long as needed. We provide broad colour guides, but we can not guarantee the exact colours as each piece will have a unique colour and tone. Once the order is placed, it typically takes two to four weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and size of the piece. We provide pictures and updates so you can track the progress.

Can I purchase a standard item immediately?

We do have a few standard items that can be purchased straight away. These are usually small coffee tables that we use to showcase the colours and build features that we use.

Do your provide custom fitting?

We don't usually come and fit an item. Most of the furniture is freestanding, and you are able to fit it into place yourself. When we ship items, we have removable legs that you will need to screw into place. If you want a custom integrated piece that is built in, please reach out, and we will explore options, including working with a local builder to fit it into your project.
